RELEASE TIME:2023-12-28 17:31:35 AUTHOR:admin VISITS:493

Bottled liquefied gas as a clean and efficient energy, to the majority of users to bring convenience at the same time, but also has flammable, explosive characteristics, once illegal use, easy to occur gas safety accidents, to the user's life and property and family to bring huge losses. In order to prevent and reduce gas safety accidents and protect people's lives, property safety and public safety, the majority of users must keep in mind the following bottled liquefied gas safe use knowledge, scientific and compliant use.

1. Use safe and compliant air source

When purchasing bottled liquefied natural gas, gas users must purchase gas sold by enterprises with gas operation licenses, and it is strictly prohibited to purchase bottled liquefied natural gas illegally operated and sold, and sign gas supply contracts with gas supply enterprises to protect their legitimate rights and interests.

2, gas safety specifications

● 1. Select qualified gas suppliers, go to the regular bottled liquefied gas supply station (point) to exchange gas, do not buy and use bottled gas sold by illegal traders;

● 2. Liquefied gas cylinders must be registered by the technical supervision department, and those without registration cannot be filled and used;

● 3. Use registered and tested cylinders. The design life of the cylinder is 8 years, and the actual service life can be extended to 12 years. The cylinder is tested every 4 years from the date of production. The steel stamp of the qualified cylinder production date and service life is located on the cylinder shield. The cylinder valve seat that has passed the inspection by the legal inspection unit is covered with a metal inspection mark ring, which is printed with the date of this inspection and the date of the next inspection and the code of the inspection unit;

● 4. Do not use over-filling cylinders (the prescribed filling volume for 15Kg cylinders is 14.5Kg±0.5Kg, and the prescribed filling volume for 50Kg cylinders is 49Kg±1Kg);

● 5. Liquefied gas cylinders should be kept away from open flame and high temperature, and it is strictly prohibited to use liquefied gas in the same room with other fire sources. The temperature around the cylinder shall not exceed 45 ° C and shall not be lower than 0 ° C;

6. It is strictly prohibited to use fire, steam or boiling water to heat the cylinder, so as to avoid sudden rise of cylinder pressure and accidents;

7. It is strictly prohibited to put the LPG cylinder lying down or upside down, it must be placed vertically;

● 8. It is strictly prohibited for users to pour their own air and dump the residual liquid. The residual liquid must be treated by the professional personnel of the gas supplier, and it is forbidden to dump it into rivers or rivers, or arbitrarily discharge it into trenches or sewers. It is strictly prohibited to change the inspection mark and paint color of the bottle. It is strictly prohibited to repair the bottle valve and pressure reducing valve without permission;

● 9. Correct selection of pressure regulator, it is strictly prohibited to use medium pressure regulator for household low pressure gas stove;

● 10. The connection of pressure reducing valve, hose, cooker, etc., should be fixed firmly with pipe clamp or hoop, and the use of tee is strictly prohibited. The steel cylinder should be kept at least 0.5 meters away from the stove. The connection between the gas cylinder and the stove must use a special hose for liquefied gas, should not use a rubber hose through the floor or partition wall, the length of the hose must not exceed 2 meters (more than 2 meters from the application of metal pipe connection), the general hose service life is 18 months, after the expiration of the need to replace in time. Hose layout should prevent scratching, touching, bumping, pressing, rat bite and other phenomena. The method of smelling, listening, and using soapy water to detect whether the interface is leaking should be often used to check whether the hose, pipe clamp, pressure reducing valve, and stove are aging, damaged or loose. The cooker should have a flameout protection device, and the service life of the pressure reducing valve is recommended for 2 years. Problems should be dealt with in time, and it is forbidden to use open flame to detect leaks;

● 11. When replacing the gas cylinder, the loading and unloading regulator should carefully check whether the sealing rubber ring at the front end of the regulator is intact. Tighten the regulator handwheel when installing the regulator. After installation, soap should be applied to check whether there are bubbles. If there are bubbles, reinstall them until it is confirmed that there is no air leakage.

● 12. The use environment should be well ventilated, and the range hood or exhaust fan should be set above the stove;

● 13. When the gas stove is ignited, first open the bottle valve on the cylinder, and then open the stove valve. After use, the bottle valve should be closed first, and then the stove valve should be closed;

● 14. When the gas stove is used, it is forbidden to leave the fire to prevent the fire from being blown out by the wind or the gas leakage caused by the fire due to the overflow of food and water. If the stove is found to be burning abnormally or the hose or interface is leaking or falling off, the cylinder valve should be closed immediately, and the ventilation and evacuation personnel should be done well. During the processing, it is forbidden to open or close any electrical switch. Children, disabled persons, mental disorders and other personnel should not be used.

3. Storage requirements for LPG cylinders

● 1. It is appropriate for household users to store one liquefied gas cylinder.

● 2. It is prohibited to store and use liquefied gas cylinders in the business halls of restaurants, restaurants and other catering places.

● 3. It is not allowed to be stored or used in underground or semi-underground indoor places.

● 4. It is strictly prohibited to put the cylinder in the open sun, rain and wet places.

● 5. The storage of liquefied gas cylinders shall not be in the same building as the living place of personnel, and maintain a safe distance.

6. When commercial users and catering establishments use more than 100 kg of liquefied gas in the kitchen, a separate room should be set up as a bottle storage room, and meet the following requirements:

(1) The height of the room shall not be less than 2.2 meters, Windows or vents shall be set up, the lower edge of the room shall not be higher than 0.2 meters from the indoor floor, the area shall meet the pressure relief requirements and be well ventilated, the doors and Windows shall be opened outwards, there shall be no doors or Windows connecting the gas cylinder and the kitchen room, and the door shall be set straight to the outside. The wall adjacent to other rooms shall adopt a firewall without door or window openings;

(2) The electrical appliances in the room should be explosion-proof appliances, and the switches should be set outdoors;

(3) The indoor floor should be a spark-free surface;

(4) The adjacent room shall be a place of non-open fire and discharge of sparks;

(5) Gas concentration alarm should be set;

(6) Set at least 2 8kg dry powder fire extinguishers;

(7) Room temperature should not be higher than 45 ° C, and not lower than 0 ° C. There shall be no gutter, floor drain or other underground structures in the room.

4. Correct disposal method of gas leakage

● 1. In case of fire due to air leakage or loose hose, the cylinder valve should be closed immediately. When the bottle valve cannot be closed, the hose should be folded and pinched to cut off the air source;

● 2. Open the window immediately to ventilate and disperse the LPG;

● 3. Put an end to all kindling, strictly prohibit switching on any electrical appliances, and do not make phone calls at the leak site;

● 4. Can be used only after qualified repair by professional personnel;

● 5. When the cylinder valve is found to leak and catch fire, the cylinder valve should be closed immediately with a wet towel or non-combustible substance to protect the hand. If the cylinder valve fails to close effectively, the cylinder should be quickly transferred to an open safe area for treatment;

● 6. In case of uncontrollable situation, the evacuation personnel should be quickly organized, immediately leave the scene, and call the alarm phone at the outdoor safety place.
